Singapore Foreign Domestic Worker Association for Social Support and Training (FAST) Full time

Founded in 2005, the Foreign Domestic Worker Association for Social Support and Training (FAST) is a charity supported by MOM and is approved as an Institute of a Public Character (IPC). At FAST, we focus on providing training, social support services and work life balance for the female Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs).

We are seeking a dynamic multiskilled Junior Executive, IT and General Administration with proficient IT skills and strong interpersonal abilities to join our team. As a Junior Executive, IT and General Administration, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, requiring versatility and adaptability. You will play a crucial role in supporting various departments and ensuring smooth operations within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- IT Support:

- Administrative Support:

- Data Management:
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other records as required.
- Project Coordination:
Collaborate with team members to coordinate and support various projects and events. Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.
- Operations Support:
Support various tasks assigned e.g checking of attendances for training classes, invoices, roadshows to promote memberships

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with stakeholders and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work effectively under pressure. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.

Your working days will be from Sunday - Thursday from 9:30AM - 6:30PM.
