**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Job Requirements**:

- Commercially focused and flexible individual, happy to be part of a growing business.
- Comfortable to be involved in, to seek out and to learn new markets and products.
- Positive attitude to dealing with Counterparties, Agents, Inspectors, and other third-parties.
- Diploma in Maritime, Logistic, Oil & Gas, Shipping, Chemical
- Prepare, negotiate and finalize contract, declaration of cargo insurance as required;
- Timely entry of completed shipments into the trading system;
- Liaise and interact regularly with ship agents, surveyors and third party vendors, traders, trade counterparties and internal department to ensure smooth physical operations;
- Co-ordinate with Finance for LC and LOI issues (ensure finance in place before cargo loads/discharges)
- Manage other ad-hoc shipping and operational activities
- Such other duties as the Company may assign or vest in you from time to time
