**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deploy ML/AI models for various business use cases.
- Implement and optimize NLP techniques for tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and conversational AI.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing systems via RESTful APIs and other integration methods.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct data exploration, preprocessing, and feature engineering on structured and unstructured datasets.
- Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed to maintain accuracy and relevance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, ML, and NLP technologies.

**Job Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field**.**
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and spaCy.
- Hands-on experience with API development and integration (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Django).
- Solid understanding of NLP techniques and tools (e.g., transformers, BERT, GPT, NLTK).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for model deployment and monitoring.
