**The Role**:
Currently we are looking for an experienced and self-driven Field Technician to join our team.

As an Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing after sales support for Rawlplug's customers.

We are looking for committed professional with a friendly approach.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Plan and carry out on-site tests of Rawlplug products. Handle testing equipment,
- Delivery of Rawlplug goods,
- Assist warehouse officer,
- Promote Rawlplug products awareness,
- Manage customer needs and expectations to ensure customer satisfaction,
- Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments given by supervisor.
- At least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field,
- Class 3 driving license with at least 2 years driving experience,
- Experienced in working at construction site,
- English speaking,
- Keen on accepting physical challenges while working at construction sites,
- Hand on experience with power tools,
- Able and willing to learn about products,
- Patient and friendly personality,
- Team player,
- Good time-management skills,
- Great interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
