**1) Role description**
This position reports to the Consulting Director. LNM Corporate Solutions Pte Ltd is committed to employee training and development to ensure that our employees are competent and are able to value-add to our clients during the course of their work, in addition to providing clients with quality work for their accounts and taxation related matters.
**2) Specific Responsibilities**
Individual to be involved in:
- Provide internal process consultancy and backoffice software consultancy to clients
- Conduct MYOB and other backoffice software trainings and IT consultancy for clients
- Manage internal and company’s clients’ statutory datelines
- Plan work schedules for company’s clients and staff
- Handle internal office administration & office stationery & supplies
- Preparation of quarterly GST, CPF contribution, ECI, corporate tax for clients, if necessary, or provide consultancy thereof.
- Maintenance of Company’s Client Database
- Perform regular Bookkeeping and Accounting services rendered to external clients (preparation of full set of accounts including bank reconciliation, audit schedules, etc.) or provide consultancy thereof.
- Taxation work for external clients, or provide consultancy thereof.
- Preparation of client’s unaudited financial statements prepared in accordance to Financial Reporting Standards (FRSs), or provide consultancy thereof.
- Streamline clients’ cashflow monitoring processes
- Provide Human Resource and payroll consultancy to clients
**3) Competencies**
1) Backoffice compliance and process knowledge, especially on how the industry functions, the various products of the backoffice solutioning industry and their features, the various business partners and channels we work with and how they function etc.
2) To understand, interpret and analyse financial statements
3) Basic to advanced financial management, human resource, payroll, taxation and financial analysis know-how
4) To educate employee with the Standard Operating Processes of the company, including knowledge on following up with clients on documents, processing documents received and sending documents to stakeholders
5) Client-management know how - including how to manage customers so that they will continue to take our services, how to manage partners so that they will continue to refer to us, how to manage junior consultants so that the team can function smoothly as one for client deliverables etc.
