Hseq Coordinator

**HSEQ Management**:
- Implement and maintain HSEQ systems in line with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Ensure all project activities comply with HSEQ regulations and client requirements.
- Develop and update project-specific HSEQ plans and procedures.
**Subsea Project Support**:
- Provide HSEQ oversight during subsea operations including diving, ROV, and pipelaying activities.
- Conduct offshore site visits and inspections to ensure safe work practices.
- Liaise with offshore teams to promote a strong safety culture.
**Incident & Audit Management**:
- Lead or support incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Coordinate internal and external audits; ensure findings are addressed and closed.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, audits, and corrective actions.
**Training & Communication**:
- Deliver HSEQ inductions and toolbox talks for project personnel.
- Promote awareness of HSEQ policies and procedures across teams.
- Organize emergency drills and ensure preparedness for offshore scenarios.
**Reporting & Analysis**:
- Monitor and report HSEQ performance metrics.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement; recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare monthly HSEQ reports for management and clients.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Minimum 20 years of HSEQ experience in offshore/subsea projects.
- Familiarity with IMCA, OGP, and other subsea industry standards.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment and incident investigation techniques.
- Proficient in MS Office and HSEQ management systems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to travel offshore and internationally as required.
