Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach and Admin

As our company provides professional gymnastics coaching for school and clubs. Therefore we would require participants to be able to Coach FIG and

MOE-school programme. We will prefer applicants to be retired gymnastics atheletes so we can provide more professional training and better deliver it to our students.

**Requirements**:

- Understand and knows the Federation International Gymnatics (FIG) choreography movements and gymnastic routines for rhythmic gymnastics.
- Understand FIG Judges roles and responsibility.
- Requires Bachelor's Degree in Sports Science/Sports Teaching equivalent.

At least 8 years of professional full-time sports training

Applicant will also need to have experience in accounting, and help with the company administrations.Eg. schelduling, organizing event

Applicant should also be able to help the company with the following

Finance: Fully responsible for the company's finance function, including: Record students' fees that have receive; arrange company's payments (monthly rents, insurance, staffs' salary payments, tax, etc.); accounting record/ manage for the company, prepare company's financial statements (monthly, quartly, yearly).

Administration: In charge of company's daily adminstration work, make monthly training plan, arrange staffs' working schedule, send training imformation to students/ parents regularlly, organize staffs to study FIG choreography movenment/ gymnatic routine, and understand the judgement rules, solve incident that occured during daily management.

Event Organization: Help the company to organize competition both demistically and internationally. Communicate with demestic/ internationall teams/ judges to take part in the event, arrange enent's schedule and competition venues,
