**Client Consultation and Care**:

- Provide a friendly, professional, and welcoming experience for all clients.
- Educate clients on lash care routines and aftercare to ensure the longevity and health of the lashes.
- Address any client questions or concerns regarding lash treatments and products.
- Maintain a client-focused approach to foster repeat business and client loyalty.

**Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere strictly to sanitation and safety guidelines, including the proper sterilization of tools and equipment.
- Follow all health and safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a clean work environment.

**Inventory and Product Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels of lash products and supplies, and report any shortages to the studio manager.
- Recommend and sell lash care products and services to clients, contributing to studio sales goals.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the lash industry.

**Team Collaboration and Professional Development**:

- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
- Provide feedback and support to colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate client records, including lash treatment history and preferences.
- Schedule client appointments and handle bookings as needed.
