**Job role**:
The Senior Architectural Coordinator serves as the Lead Coordinator for the design team and is responsible for leading a group of architectural draftspersons.

He/She reports to the Project Director, Project Manager, or the head of the Drawing Department and may be assigned to either the headquarters or the project site office.

**Job description**:

- Involve and lead in checking and coordinating shop drawings and as-built drawings with all respective trades (e.g., Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Specialist Subcontractors' works).
- Review project specifications, Shop drawings and technical clarifications. Ensure accuracy and compliance with design requirements, building codes, and regulatory standards.
- Able to prepare and monitor the progress of Shop drawings and Sample schedule with procurement schedule.
- Manage submission and approvals of Shop drawings and Samples from Consultants. Maintain project timelines, making sure that all drawings and documentation are delivered on schedule.
- Manage receipt and issuance of all Consultant drawings and Shop drawings.
- Liaise and coordinate with working partners, consultants, authorities and subcontractors during the construction phase. Attend project meetings and communicate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure drawing requirements are understood and met.
- Perform quality checks on architectural and structural drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Rectify any technical and coordination issue surface within the Project team and any related working partners.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members, assisting in the resolution of complex drawing issues. Track and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to drawing coordination.

**Job requirements**:

- Recognized Degree/ Diploma in Architecture/ Mechanical & Electrical or equivalent
- Min. 5 years’ experience in Singapore Construction Industry preferred
- Well-versed in Autocad, Revit/BIM software in Architectural/ Structural/ MEP
- Able to coordinate & check Architectural, M&E and Structural workshop drawings
- Conversant with architectural trades
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and industry standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and clients.
- Ability to solve complex technical issues and provide solutions.
