**Duties**:
Providing Care: This involves attending to the basic needs of infants such as feeding, diaper changing, and ensuring they are clean and comfortable.

Ensuring Safety: It's crucial to maintain a safe environment for infants by childproofing the surroundings, supervising them closely, and being trained in infant CPR and first aid.

Stimulating Development: Creating age-appropriate activities that promote sensory, cognitive, and motor skill development. This could include playing with toys, reading books, and engaging in music and movement activities.

Establishing Routine: Setting up a daily schedule that includes feeding times, naptimes, and playtimes to provide infants with a sense of security and predictability.

Communicating with Parents: Keeping parents informed about their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns that may arise.

Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the infant care area clean and sanitary by regularly disinfecting toys and equipment, as well as following proper hygiene protocols.

Creating a Warm Environment: Establishing a welcoming and nurturing atmosphere that promotes trust and security for both infants and their families.

Collaborating with Team Members: Working closely with other staff members, such as teachers and administrators, to ensure a cohesive approach to infant care and education.

Documenting Progress: Keeping accurate records of each infant's daily activities, milestones, and any notable observations to track their development over time.

Responding to Emergencies: Being prepared to handle emergencies or accidents that may occur, including knowing emergency procedures and contacting medical professionals or emergency services when necessary.
- Supporting Inclusion and Diversity: Creating an inclusive environment that respects and celebrates the cultural backgrounds, abilities, and individual differences of each infant and their family.
