**Job Summary**:
The Trade & OAT Projects Lead for IBGO will lead and manage projects related to trade and OAT product operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution aligned with DBS's strategic objectives. This role requires a good understanding of trade and OAT products, processes, and regulatory requirements. The person is required to lead a team of Subject matter experts and testers to implement initiatives to streamline processing and support the business outcomes from initiation, designing, planning, execution, and ensure operationalization. They will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments, including Operations, Technology, Compliance, and GTS.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle for trade and OAT operations projects; ensuring proper change management, and operational efficiency in the processes.
- Working with stakeholders in the region to design processes and streamline processing.
- Using digital tools, gen AI to automate the processing and achieving efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies and guidelines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance trade finance operations processes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of digital solutions for trade finance.
- Manage, guide and mentor project team members and stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor/Master degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience and understanding in trade finance operations, with a focus on project management.
- Strong understanding of trade finance products, especially in the Open Account financing.
- Strong people management skillsets, able to lead a team to run projects and manage testing effectively
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and practices.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
