**Intern - Manufacturing (Process Improvement)**:
At ASM, we welcome the opportunity to give young, talented people the chance to show us what they can achieve while giving them an insight into our world. Take this chance to really make your mark. As an Intern in Manufacturing (Process Improvement), you will play a key role in the reduction of manufacturing cycle time in non-value-added activities (manufacturing steps). You will also set up standardized procedures and related documentation which will contribute to process enhancement and reduce variation in manufacturing quality.

**A day in the life of Manufacturing (Process Improvement) Intern**:
You will be learning about and contributing to:

- Assembly process improvement o Learn and observe the full build up of semiconductor equipment and identify gaps in assembly procedure or work aid that needs to be amended for better clarity and accuracy.
- Red-line document for update.
- Test process improvement o Learn and observe the testing of assembled semiconductor equipment and identify gaps in testing procedure or work aid that needs to be amended for better clarity and accuracy.
- Red-line document for update.
- Breakdown, packing for shipment - improvement o Learn and observe the breakdown of finished semiconductor equipment for shipment and identify gaps in testing procedure or work aid that needs to be amended for better clarity and accuracy.
- Red-line document for update.
- Other duties as assigned by your Supervisor.

**What Will Make You Successful?**
- Undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Material Science or related Engineering studies.
