**JOB RESPONSIBILITY**:
**Responsibilities**
- You will help to systematically bring companies into existence by means of your resources with focus on
- Analysing financial data, economic conditions, identifying trends, considering goals and other relevant information
- Developing market needs, pricing, competitive threats, exits etc to ensure a robust and feasible venture
- Building cross functional scrum teams for each individual idea
- Managing ventures and coordinating shared resources

You will leverage your experience in defining and creating a vision and road map for new business, products or service lines. You will architect the future of these enterprises and be at the center of innovation as you help prove its concept and establish a functioning and revenue generating organization.

Your role will be a mix of Venture Leader, entrepreneur in residence as well as C-suite type leadership for the businesses you help create.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:
**Qualifications**
- Business builder with a background in finance or technology who can double-hat as CTO, CPO, marketer is a plus
- Experience in building a new digital business, business unit or as an executive in the startup ecosystem; blockchain; consulting experience is an advantage
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, experience managing technical and analytics resources to create meaningful and measurable impact
- Outstanding, proven leadership experience and proven abilities in team-oriented and collaborative approach
- Experience as a business leader who has built and scaled a business and continues to do so with successful exits or played this role in another organisation
- In-depth knowledge and/or defined involvement in helping frame, design and execute solutions for challenging business solutions
