XM Asia Data Scientist

**Responsibilities**:

- Overall responsibility to run the XMI Asia program
- Become an Evangelist of Experience Management - passionate about the growth of the discipline in the region and be the spokesperson for the program
- Use thought leadership content on a frequent basis, including academic and practitioner articles, industry collaborations, joint publications, podcasts, conference presentations or webinars
- Provide consulting support to organizations, this may include survey/assessment design, change management consulting, post-survey data analysis and interpretation, executive presentations, action planning consulting
- Conduct, write and present on regional forums that aligns to the Qualtrics/SAP value proposition, at industry conferences and with specific customers
- Regular reporting and cadence for Qualtrics and SAP Management teams
- Help develop XM Community of professionals, drive community growth, build engagement through XM Community events, publications, social media
- Assist in the training of XM professionals using XMI methodology and supplementing with guided sessions
- Have a keen focus on balancing the innovative with realistic in developing solutions
- 12+ years of experience in Marketing, Customer Experience, Research, Consulting or similar field
- 7+ years experience working with clients on their survey programs, customer assessment programs or Insights/Analytics function
- Prior experience in Customer Experience space is a must
- Masters Degree or equivalent in Marketing or related business field
- Prior experience in leading teams would be an advantage
- Strong understanding and deployment of Machine Learning capabilities to drive business outcome
- Ability to think big-picture and manage ambiguity
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to plan project tasks/events and execute timelines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail is critical
- Willingness to take on ambiguous tasks supporting team lead with documenting and charting future refresh requirements
- Executive presence and ability to manage senior stakeholders
- 2-3 year experience in research work (research methodology, etc)
- Proficiency in English and presentation skills
