**About Our Client**:
Our client is a worldwide American MNC and they manufacture and distribute materials handling equipment and trucks. They operate in more than 160 countries and Singapore serves as their regional HQ for the APAC region. The company designs, engineers, manufactures, sells and services a comprehensive line of lift trucks and aftermarket parts.
- Handle full set of accounts
- Prepare monthly Balance sheet schedules
- Process AP and AR invoices and payments
- Assist in the preparation of periodic accounting entries, payments and reconciliations
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support intercompany activities
- Assist in the preparation of financial information for external audits and correspond directly with external auditors to provide requested schedules and support
- Preparation of quarterly GST report
- Support and ensure compliance with all statutory finance and tax filing requirements
- Liaise with statutory bodies, banks, and other third-party business partners
- Carry out and assume any other duties or responsibilities

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Diploma in Accounting/ Finance related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in AR, AP, accounting functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Words and Accpac software is beneficial
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task while having to manage different work flows
- Decisive, team player and good learning attitude
