**Your Role and Responsibilities**

The APJ Regional IDT Lead is responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and indirect tax expertise across the indirect tax team. The APJ Regional IDT Lead performs complex operational and technical indirect tax analysis and reporting for areas of responsibility. The APJ Regional IDT Lead provides coaching, work coordination, guidance on issue resolution, and develops team skills. The Lead provides sound problem-solving techniques, facilitates process execution, ensures auditability is maintained, implements plans to address exposures, promotes improvements within the indirect tax process area and utilizes the agile methodology.
