Singapore HWA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL PTE. LTD. Full time

**Teaching duties**
- Teach school-assigned classes.
- Understand and implement the expectations and policies established by HWA.
- Teach fundamental and advanced physical activities, sports, swimming, and fitness training.
- Work and collaborate with the Student Support Department to enrich curriculum and student learning.
- To differentiate and target learning to students’ needs and aptitude levels.
- Be culturally and linguistically responsive and proactive.

**Non-teaching duties**:

- Promote a positive and inclusive sports culture, encouraging student participation.
- Develop and implement health, safety, and wellness programs.
- Organize and supervise school sports events, competitions, and extracurricular activities.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of sports equipment and facilities.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and administration to support student development.
- Participate in professional duties as necessary outside of the scope of the school day (e.g. Field trips, professional development on weekends as needed, and after-school meetings as required)
- Lead/coach an after-school CCA (co-curricular activity)
- Assist in internal sub-coverage according to department needs
- Provide any other reasonable duties delegated by the School
- Contribute to the school's continuous improvement by being a member of the assigned committee or workgroup

**Relationships**
- Develop trust and effective relationships with all class students and their parents.
- Establish supportive, collaborative, and positive working relationships with all other staff members.
- Become a positive presence across the whole school and a representative of it within its wider community.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent is required
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Curriculum development knowledge is required
- Possess highly developed interpersonal and teamwork skill
- Excellent communication skill
- With IB training preferred
