We are serious about crafting a place where adults work and learn together and every day is filled with meaning, collaboration, joy, and (most of all) impact. **The Role** - Joining as a pioneer member of our marketing team, the role is an excellent opportunity for someone with deep exposure in at least two verticals and looking to broaden their experience. **Key Responsibilities** Work cross-functionally to promote product understanding, adoption, and usage. Championing the voice of the customer in interactions with the product, operations, customer service, and customer experience. Work closely with the Head of Marketing to drive paid digital media with our external agencies, including SEM, SEO, and Social. Writing comprehensive briefs for various stakeholders, including media and creative agencies, seeing them through from inception to delivery and post evaluation against KPIs, ensuring brand alignment, high-quality outputs, and budget compliance. **Requirements**: Experience in B2C, preferably e-commerce. Well-versed in Google Analytics, SEM, and SEO. You are a skilled communicator, a storyteller, and a wordsmith. You are data-driven and detail-oriented while creative at the same time. You are driven for growth with a high degree of initiative and ownership in your role.
