**Responsibilities**:

- Report to the Senior Project Manager.
- **Overall in charge of site coordination and progress reporting.**:

- Together with Senior PM, plan site temporary facilities including site access and proper storage areas.
- **Lead a team of operation staff in daily operations.**:

- **Manage and oversee the day-to-day installation and safety activities of the project.**:

- **Maintain and manage site storage areas for building materials and equipment.**:

- Maintain records and movement of the rental materials/equipment regardless of such items is used by/ issued to whoever.
- Planning ahead to prevent the problem on-site before it occurs, planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials.
- **Ensure progress of work is within budget and timelines as well as quality and safety objectives.**:

- **Control and monitor work progress and resources.**:

- Monitor and control material wastage.
- In-depth understanding of project specifications, technical details, and construction drawings. Ensure built drawings are updated accurately and approved.
- Carry out work scheduling, material requisition planning, project coordination, and documentation.
- Coordinate with project staff especially technical staff, client representatives, consultants, and subcontractors on technical matters to ensure that the operation on-site is smooth, timely, safe, within budget, and of acceptable quality.
- Ensure timely completion and good quality of works.
- **Ensure works are carried out safely and WSHE regulations are complied with.**:

- Ensure that proper housekeeping is maintained at all locations at all times.
- Monitor project's cost by taking proactive measures to prevent cost overruns.
- Provide proper guidance and training to junior staff.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.

**Job Requirements for Site Manager Role**:

- **Min (5) years of relevant experience in construction environment.**:

- **Degree / Diploma holders or equivalent with relevant experience and proven track records will also be considered.**:

- Able to work independently and cope in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-versed in construction sequence, principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Working knowledge of BIM walk throughs and Room Book coordination.
- **Independent, diligent, meticulous, and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
