**What You Will Do**:

- Equipment owner for Wafer Bonder, Furnace or other PVD equipment such as sputter or evaporator.
- Attend equipment related issues in production line.
- Work with process engineer on improving the yield loss, quality concern and process induced defects.
- Establishing good equipment controls of such as corrective and preventive maintenance procedures.
- Lead and execute improvement projects that reduces cost of equipment ownership and equipment performance.
- Responsible for new equipment purchases, installation and buy-off.
- Develop and monitor operating budget.
- Develop good equipment training program to bring up good maintenance skill among associate engineers and technicians.
- Mitigate risk capacity and capability bottleneck.
- Conformance to 5S and safety rules and regulation.
- Complies with environment, security, health and safety requirements.
- Any other duties assigned by the Engineering Manager.

**What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant field of Engineering with minimum 5 years of related working experience.
- Experience in leading a group of technicians and engineers in equipment maintenance program.
- Functional / working knowledge from semiconductor.
- Experience with structuring maintenance operations, especially preventive maintenance systems and/or TPM will be advantageous.
- Hands-on experience in equipment maintenance or troubleshooting.
- Self-driven leader and strong team player with keen technical ability, systematic approach, detailed-oriented, excellent problem-solving skills, and positive attitude.
- Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, be hands-on and expected to dive into technical details as required.
