This role is primarily focused on planning and strategizing SEO initiatives, setting clear goals, and ensuring the SEO team effectively executes the roadmap. The role also involves collaboration with multiple teams to deliver a cohesive SEO strategy that aligns with business objectives. A working knowledge of WordPress and PHP is advantageous to collaborate effectively with web development and SEO team members. **Key Responsibilities** - **Strategic Planning**:Develop comprehensive SEO roadmaps and strategies to drive traffic growth, improve search rankings, and achieve business goals. - **Leadership & Coordination**:Guide and oversee the SEO team, ensuring alignment with the roadmap, and monitor performance against KPIs. - **Content Optimization**:Work with content teams to ensure all published content is optimized for target keywords and adheres to SEO best practices. - **Link Building Strategy**:Develop and oversee link-building initiatives to strengthen domain authority and improve off-page SEO performance. - **Data Analysis & Reporting**:Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and traffic analysis to refine strategies.
