Relationship Manager/ Senior Relationship Manager, Private Banking

Our client, a leading Indian bank is looking to hire Relationship Manager/ Senior Relationship Manager within their Private Banking group.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:Understand client requirements to ensure superior service delivery.
Provide regular updates to clients on financial market developments and their portfolios.
Acquire new high-net-worth clients and deepen relationships with existing ones.
- **Investment Advisory**:Offer investment advice tailored to client needs and risk profiles in alignment with the institution's house views on products and asset classes.
Map clients' financial needs by analyzing risk profiles, asset allocations, investment horizons, and liquidity requirements.
Design customized portfolio proposals incorporating diverse products across debt, equity, and other asset classes.
- **Portfolio Management**:Actively review and rebalance client portfolios based on buy/sell/hold triggers or recommended allocation changes.
Facilitate FCNR/INR deposits within the product framework as part of comprehensive asset allocation strategies.
- **Revenue and AUM Growth**:Drive growth in assets under management (AUM) and revenue generation through effective client engagement and relationship management.
- **Compliance and Regulations**:Ensure full compliance with local regulatory frameworks, in-country sales and marketing guidelines, and institutional policies.
- **Leadership**:Lead a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) and Client Service Managers (CSMs), if assigned.
Undertake additional tasks or projects as directed by the reporting manager.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- **CACS Certification**: Mandatory qualification.
- Customer Relationship Management skills
- Knowledge of Financial Markets & Products (eg: Bonds, Equities, FX, etc.)
- Knowledge and understanding of Indian banking landscape, India market and macroenvironment.
