**What you’ll do**
- You’ll develop and implement regulatory strategies to gain rapid and high-quality approvals and ensure regulatory compliance, in order to achieve company’s business objectives. You’ll also develop and implement quality assurance processes within AZ, aligned with local and global requirements to maintain licence to operate._

**Essential for the role**
- _ Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/related field_
- _ Minimum 3 years’ experience in regulatory affairs for product registration _
- _Collaborative and cross-functional team working skills to coordinate and influence multiple teams (commercial, medical, market access)_
- _ Strong interpersonal skills to develop good relationships with stakeholders_
- _ Good influencing skills_
- _ Demonstrated project management (good planning and organisational skills)_
- _ Self-motivated and able to work independently _
- _Ability to work effectively under pressure_
- _ Self-motivated and individually driven_

**Desirable for the role**
- _ Registered pharmacist _
- _Master’s degree_
- _ Experience in area(s) of vaccines and/or medical devices_
- _ Experience in similar position in MNC pharmaceutical company_
