Our client is a growing regional multi-disciplined security services Group with market leading positions in the markets that they operate in. They are on an aggressive growth mode and are seeking to beef up their corporate development capabilities.

You will be part of a high performing team driving the Group’s strategic initiatives in core and new markets.
- Drive Group wide M&A and strategic initiatives; assist in review of corporate and business unit strategy
- Perform hands-on rigorous financial analysis and review on target companies; conduct industry and market research
- End-to-end transaction management; presentation of investment proposals to investment committee

Job Requirements:

- A degree in economics/accounting/business/finance with professional qualifications in accounting/ finance (such as CPA or CFA etc).
- At least 5 years (Manager) and 10 years (Senior Manager) of relevant experience in M&A advisory, buyside, corporate development or transaction due diligence
- Good analytical, problem solving and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
