**Job Overview**: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator/Administrator to manage and streamline our sales operations. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth processing of sales orders, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our sales team to achieve targets. **Job Scope**:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the sales department.
- **Sales Order Processing**: Handle quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoicing with precision.
- Professionally manage a high volume of inquiries, providing effective solutions and outstanding customer support.
- Proactively source and follow up on new sales opportunities through inbound leads.
- Connect with key external customer contacts as needed, maintaining strong relationships.
- Support the lead manager by ensuring projects adhere to agreed plans and schedules.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing to facilitate smooth operations.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of reports and documents for tenders.
- Attend online and offline product training sessions arranged by vendors to stay up-to-date with the latest developments.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Business or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with exposure to computer hardware, software, or maintenance contracts preferred.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong phone presence, excellent interpersonal skills, and a customer-service orientation.
- Enthusiastic about developing consultative sales skills and contributing to the team’s success in meeting monthly targets.
- Enjoys interacting with people and maintaining good rapport with IT Business Partners.
- Proficient in MS Office.
