**Job Title**:LPG Shipbroker

**Summary**:
This position involves daily client contact, data/information collection, producing and distributing daily/weekly shipping reports, creating spot/term/S&P opportunities within the LPG shipping segment on a worldwide scale.

**Location**:Singapore

**Responsibilities**:

- Report and write reports for daily / weekly distribution among Poten’s client network.
- person to gather information and understand developments in the international LPG markets and industry as well as conclude shipping deals/fixtures.
- Contribute to Poten’s LPG contracts database.
- Attend industry events such as conferences and forums to develop commercial contacts.
- Work with the entire Poten LPG team to further the commercial goals of the company.
- Assist with the development of new products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience within the LPG sector as an Operator, Broker, Charterer or Trader
- Deep understanding of LPG vessel & cargo operations & Charterparties
- Extensive network of contacts within the LPG industry
- Be educated to Degree level
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Strong business acumen and a commercial aptitude
- Capable of interacting easily, comfortably and respectfully with clients and colleagues, from a wide variety of cultures and backgrounds
- Ability to speak/write English fluently is critical

**Other requirements**:
Travel of 5+ days every two months to visit clients, attend meetings and industry conferences
