Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma). Diagrams and evaluates existing processes. Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams. Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collects data to identify root cause of problems. Measures performance against process requirements. Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls. Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality. Performs cost and benefit analyses.

**What will make you a good fit for the role?**
- Be able to validate the data quality, do comparison/analyze data and give basic recommendation to the management for further data investigation.
- Using the data to prepare for weekly & monthly report in standard template (Word/Power point) and provide to management for client meeting within the timeline.
- Be able to assist with the delivery of an agreed level of IT service as contained in the Service Level Agreement with the client.
- Able to show proactive and are able to work with a variety of stakeholders.
