**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer and maintain **Palo Alto Networks firewalls**, including policy configuration and **GlobalProtect VPN**setup and support.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot **AWS network services**such as **VPCs, Security Groups, Route Tables, NAT Gateways, and Load Balancers**.
- Respond to network incidents, service requests, and changes in line with **ITIL best practices**(Incident, Change, and Problem Management).
- Work closely with cloud, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure, high-performance connectivity between environments.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, standards, and operational procedures.
- Support ongoing improvements to network performance, monitoring, and security posture.
- Engage with internal teams and stakeholders to provide technical guidance and resolve connectivity-related issues efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Experience managing **cloud-based networking environments**, particularly in **AWS**(Azure or GCP experience also valuable).
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting **network components in AWS**, such as **VPCs, Load Balancers, and VPN connections**.
- Hands-on knowledge of **enterprise firewalls**(Palo Alto preferred), VPN technologies, and network security controls.
- Working understanding of **ITIL frameworks**, especially around incident response and change management.
- Strong documentation, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional technical team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Relevant certifications such as **AWS Certified Advanced Networking**, **Microsoft Azure Network Engineer Associate**, **Google Cloud Networking**, or **Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA)**.
- Experience in hybrid (on-prem and cloud) environments.Exposure to infrastructure automation or scripting for network tasks (e.g., using Terraform, Ansible, or Python).
