This intern will report to the Head of Business Excellence & Vertical Markets (BE & VM), which covers key functions within the organization The goal of Business Excellence is to drive greater effectiveness and transparency to enhance efficiencies across our sales processes and customer journey. The aim of Vertical Markets is to support our branches across the APAC region to expand our share of market in key industries where Siemens has a niche portfolio and expertise in.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to create and plan input for a new Change Management program, with a focus on digital transformation and its impact on our workforce
- Leverage existing tools to support the team in developing insight on our key vertical markets and enterprise accounts across the APAC region
- Work closely with the team and Business Leads to define initiatives to drive business growth across identified accounts
- Update internal channels for ongoing and upcoming projects and work closely with Communications to provide transparency to all stakeholders
- Continuously monitor and identify recommendations for senior leadership on strategic topics

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in an MBA or equivalent Masters program
- Advanced presentation and market research skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Ability to communicate successfully & effectively
- Possesses and applies a structured approach to complex assignments
- Advanced business acumen and strong sense of ownership of tasks
