Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and design comprehensive mathematics curriculum and learning materials aligned with educational standards.
- Deliver engaging and effective online/offline maths tutoring sessions to students of varying skill levels.
- Collaborate with other educators and stakeholders to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Create assessments, quizzes, and practice materials to track and evaluate student progress.
- Stay up to date with the latest teaching methodologies and trends in mathematics education.
- Provide academic guidance and support to students, helping them build confidence and achieve their goals.
- Manage and oversee departmental operations, ensuring smooth delivery of mathematics programs.
- Train and mentor junior tutors to maintain a high standard of teaching quality.
- Assist in marketing and outreach efforts to promote the mathematics department's offerings.
- Utilize educational technology and tools to enhance the teaching and learning experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching mathematics to students of different age groups.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
- Proficiency in using digital learning tools and platforms.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Passion for teaching and inspiring students to love mathematics.
- Prior experience in curriculum development is a plus.
- Experience in AEIS will be considered advantageous.

Pay: From $5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
