Notes:

- This position is only partially remote, attendance in office or work premise is required depending on the project at hand.

**Job Description**:

- Managing all aspects of cloud infrastructure, both server and network infrastructure.
- Providing 24×7 technical support to customers via support ticketing system.
- Performing both Linux and Windows system administration tasks.
- Installation of servers, OS and cloud platform (e.g. hypervisor, storage) for new projects and expansion.
- Regular maintenance of existing infrastructure, including OS patching, platform upgrade, storage maintenance.
- Deploying hardware and performing professional services for customers (both on-premise and cloud).

Required skill-sets:

- Linux system administration skills: Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian, etc
- Windows system administration skills: Windows 2019, 2016, 2012 R2
- Basic networking and TCP/IP skills: Cisco routers and switches

Good-to-have skill-sets:

- Cloud virtualization / hypervisor technologies: VMWare, KVM, HyperV, etc.
- Software-defined storage technologies: Ceph, ZFS, NFS, etc
- Cloud orchestrator platform: CloudStack, OpenStack, Proxmox
- Basic Linux programming skills will be an advantage

Other requirements:

- On 24×7 phone standby and be ready to be deployed after office hours
- Ability to work on a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and under pressure
- Must be self-motivated, resourceful, and be able to work independently
- Must be physically in Singapore, this is not a remote position; must hold existing documentation to work in Singapore, as none will be applied for this position.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract, Temporary, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week
