**A Snapshot**

As Senior Manager, Treasury reporting to our Senior Director, Treasury Loans, you will work closely with our global finance team, making an impact in a number of ways, including:

- Day-to-day management of existing loan capital financings and related facilities for AirTrunk (excl. Japan), and assisting in the origination, execution and syndication of new financings to support AirTrunk's hyperscale expansion across Asia Pacific, including entry into new markets
- Assist in the development of the Loan Structuring & Origination function of AirTrunk's Treasury team, and support the growth of team members
- Interfacing with debt investors and assist in maintaining and strengthening these relationships, and building new relationships to optimise available loan liquidity for AirTrunk.

**Your Day to Day**
- Loan Origination and Execution: Under the guidance of the Senior Director, lead new financing processes including developing and negotiating documentation (including debt term sheet), engagement and preparation of the due diligence and other key advisors (including but not limited to legal and financial) and carriage of the end to end process from debt sizing through to execution and sell down (if required).
- Capital Planning: support the Treasury team in the analysis and forecasting of debt capital requirements for existing assets and new expansions, including supplementary workstreams (e.g market DD, valuations, sustainability and green certification)
- Investor Relationships: assist with managing and strengthening local and offshore banking and other lending relationships, and develop new investor / stakeholder relationships.
- Debt Undertakings, ESG/Sustainability and Reporting: Work with Treasury Managers to ensure ongoing compliance of key reporting to both internal and external stakeholders, and other financial undertakings
- Contribute to group treasury initiatives such as process improvements, system implementations and upgrades etc

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree (or above) in business, accounting, commerce, economics, finance or similar field
- At least 7-10 years' previous experience ideally in multi-national business, real asset, project finance, and/or institutional/corporate banking experience
- Sound knowledge and understanding of loan documentation and credit analysis
- Strong debt origination and structuring experience, preferably in digital infrastructure, commercial real estate/REIT and/or development finance
- Good understanding and knowledge of Sustainability/ESG
- A quick learner who thrives working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail with leadership and communication skills
