**Responsibilities**
- Establish treasury policies and framwork to guide the operations of the treasury team.
- Stay up-to-date with liquidity regulation requirements for overseas subsidiaries and provide recommendations on cash repatriation strategies to the parent company, ensuring compliance with local and parent entity liquidity needs.
- Develop models and methodologies for liquidity forecasting across group and subsidiary companies
- Develop and execute an investment strategy for idle cash to optimize the management of surplus funds.
- Monitor and report on corporate treasury-owned risks and key results, including activities with banks, counterparty risk, and treasury efficiency. Develop plans to mitigate significant risks and improve key outcomes.
- Establish and implement a hedging strategy for foreign exchange and interest rate risk in alignment with treasury policies.
- Collaborate with the technology team to optimize cash flows and margin for payment products, leveraging treasury support to enhance financial performance.
- Initiate, manage, and strengthen banking relationships for the Group.
- Support regional and internal expansion efforts.
- Facilitate bank onboarding and conduct periodic reviews. Optimize bank account structure and services.

**Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in a financial advisory role, financial institution, or FinTech firm, with a focus on corporate treasury functions.
- Experience in leading a treasury team, driving treasury transformation projects, and utilizing a Treasury Management System.
- Proficiency in implementing FX hedging strategies, managing debt instruments, and optimizing intercompany funds flow.
- Solid understanding of global financial markets, products, key treasury concepts, and IFRS.
- Detail-oriented approach, capable of delivering and communicating complex information in a timely and concise manner.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams within and outside of finance, both domestically and internationally, on projects and ad hoc requests
