Hougang, Singapore Little Readers Full time

Teacher Assistant / Admin needed at Enrichment Centre (Hougang & Sengkang)

MUST be able to work 4 days a week (3 weekdays + 1 weekend)

SCHEDULE:
Mon & Tue, 4.45pm - 6.30pm (Sengkang)

Wed: 4.45pm-9.30pm (Hougang / Sengkang)

Alternate Sat / Sun -- 8.30am - 2.15pm (Hougang)

**Salary**: $600 per month (14 hours a week)

**Duties**:

- Communicate with teachers / parents on WhatsApp
- Assist Teacher with classes (managing a class of pre-schoolers, ages: 3-6years old)
- Enquiries and Registration
- Admin work: data entry, filing, prepare class list/attendance, track Teachers leaves, preparing and organizing teaching materials, other ad-hoc duties
- handling young kids coming and leaving class, toileting, Sanitize Hands, maintain general cleanliness of the centre.

- Must be friendly and caring towards young kids
- Must be Organized and Meticulous
- Must be RESPONSIBLE, COMMITED, RELIABLE and PUNCTUAL.
