With rapid expansion plans throughout Southeast Asia, Entoria is looking for an experienced and energetic Senior Business Development Manager to join and lead our team across the region. Based in ASEAN (preferably in Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Ho Chi Minh City or Singapore) this high-profile role is an exciting opportunity for you to make high-impact contributions to the business of an established, well-funded and proven renewable energy company.

Reporting to the CEO, you will support and lead business development activities across all Southeast Asian countries. You will be the key driver of each country’s management and commercial team to ensure the growth of Entoria’s presence and awareness while leading new market opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead business development activities in Southeast Asia
- Lead and coordinate country business development teams
- Lead contract negotiation and signing with clients
- Generating leads
- Marketing and business development strategy
- Sales forecasting, growth plans and weekly/monthly management information
- Explore and onboard new opportunities
- Prepare and present project proposals to clients
- Liaise with country teams, clients and the investment teams
- Help develop a stable pipeline of new opportunities from inception to close and maintaining the relationship thereafter
- Supporting country teams with any business development related requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with local partners and stakeholders
- Manage key steps of project development, including documentation, notarization, licensing, and permitting
- Lead negotiations and contract signature with clients
- Prepare investment pitch for the IC
- Forecast pipeline conversion and report on project development activities on regular basis

Although your main responsibility is in client relationship management, you will be required to liaise with internal financial and technical teams and stay in loop to oversee the full development process from assessment through to financial close through to construction handover.

**Job Profile**:

- University Graduate with degree in Engineering, Finance, Law, or Business
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience within a similar role with significant and demonstrable business development experience in Southeast Asia
- In-depth knowledge of the business landscape and culture in the Asia Pacific Region
- Confident communicator in English (knowledge of local languages a plus)
- Strong network of contacts and relationships in South East Asia
- Ability to deliver under pressure while supporting peers in a collaborative environment
- Capability to flourish with mínimal guidance and handle ambiguity
- Willingness to travel frequently across the country and across Asia Pacific
- Experience in Renewable Energies
- Understanding of Power Purchase Agreements
- Excellent presentation and written skills with the ability to present and influence at board level
- Able to create appealing proposal, sales and marketing documents
- Good understanding of international and local cultures
- Good understanding of investment rationalities
