Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 20 years of experience in technology or partnerships.
- Experience in management and building teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with delivering multiple major initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience influencing and managing stakeholders.
- Experience and knowledge of the APAC technology landscape, including Executive level partnerships.
- Knowledge of technology partnerships and experience negotiating or developing partnerships.
- Ability to build effective relationships, internally and externally, that result in new approaches or improved results.
- Excellent communication skills.
**About the job**:
The Android Partnerships team drives engagements with carrier, retailer, and handset original equipment manufacturer partners to enable Android products and promote ecosystem growth. In this role, you will lead a team that partners with Product leadership to understand and influence Google’s partnership strategy that will allow Android products to grow across the globe.

**Responsibilities**:
- Define Google’s Asia Pacific partnership and business strategy to build, distribute, and enable Android products with partners.
- Lead Android partnerships in Asia Pacific aligning with cross-functional teams to bring Google to partners.
- Oversee and act as lead negotiator for sensitive partnerships in the region, driving consensus internally, and escalating as needed.
- Lead a high-performing team distributed across the region to execute against company goals. Secure and allocate resources to ensure Global Partnerships is able to deliver upon product goals in the region.
- Partner with and provide expertise to cross-functional leadership at Google.
