**Requirements**:
1) A diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent recognized certificate including BIM experience.
2) Minimum 4 years of drafting experience in a consultancy firm, of which a minimum 2 years of BIM modelling or hands-on modelling in Revit.
3) Familiar with the latest authority submission drawing requirements.
4) Capable of working independently and carrying out drafting or BIM assignments under mínimal supervision.
5) Capable of preparing detailed drawings and authority submission drawings.
6) Capable of participating in BIM meetings in Projects.
7) Good planning and organizational skills in delivering models and drafting works.
8) Passionate about learning, developing BIM/Drafting skills in a firm, teamwork and project delivery to the highest standards.
9) Good engineering knowledge and communication skills.
**Job Description**:
1) Participate in BIM implementation, standards, modelling workflow and methodology.
2) Prepare detailed design drawings, models and the drawing production.
3) Collaborate and coordinate with the Client and extended Consultant team to ensure the successful completion of an assignment within a given timeline.
4) Work closely with the Design Team to deliver the best quality drawings in the reasonably shortest time.
5) Maintain organized records of drawings and their registers.
6) Prepare and carry out authority submission of drawings and documents.
7) Attend technical meetings, when required.
8) Actively pursues the opportunity to develop BIM skills and participate enthusiastically in the developmentof company BIM/digital standards.
