[What the role is]

EXECUTIVE ENGINEER/ ENGINEER, ROAD TUNNEL FACILITY (MECHANICAL)

[What you will be working on]

You will be involved in the planning, co-ordination and supervision of maintenance programmes and activities for the road tunnels’ mechanical system and related facilities so as to support the smooth and efficient operation of the road tunnels. The job scope includes

a) planning and management of maintenance contracts;
b) review/ establishment/assessment of key performance indicators for equipment and facilities etc; and

c) review/ formulation/project management of asset replacement and enhancement plans/ requirements.

You will have the opportunity to work with various LTA Divisions, external agencies and contractors on the various road tunnel system upgrading projects.

In addition, you will also be required to keep abreast of engineering technology that can enhance the maintenance regime of the road tunnel systems and recommend appropriate solutions for adoption.

[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualifications in Mechanicall Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the design, project management or maintenance of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation system, or in heavy engineering plants would be an advantage
- Able to work independently and perform night works
- Highly motivated and dynamic
- Good leadership skills with strong analytical and communication skills
- Preferably with Class 3 Driving Licence
