- Establish workflow to support content development in a new learning management system (LMS)
- Lead and supervise a team of full time or part time trainers and traffic marshal managers and supervisor
- Able to appraise and supervise Human Resource Manager, Finance Manager and Sales Manager
- Aspire to grow with the Company to a listed entity within 2 - 3 years

Requirement:

- Possess tertiary education
- At least 8 - 10 years of working experience in an SA/ATO will be requested
- Employment history of training or guard force supervision will be requested
- Self-motivated, resourceful and able to meet revenue targets
