Tasks
- Develop and maintain a relationship with our machine tool/cutting tool partners to ensure the successful and broad adoption of our technology solutions and service offerings
- Perform day to day technical support to our customers/resellers making them successful in implementing hyperMILL
- Customer/reseller training
- On-site test cutting and postprocessor by-offs
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues and concerns
- Document and update customer support records based on interactions in CRM System
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

**Requirements**:

- A diploma from an accredited polytechnic or university and/or 3 years CAD/CAM experience
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanour
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to participate in professional development and take on new responsibilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Software and/or ideally CNC machining industry background
- Highly proficient computer skills including Microsoft Dynamics CRM software, Outlook, MS Word, Excel
- Highly skilled at multi-tasking with the ability to quickly adapt and learn
