**Responsibilities**:

- Assist to develop and maintain the Company-wide templates & object libraries
- Assist the BIM Manager in developing and maintaining BIM/IDD execution protocols
- Assist to develop automations for repetitive tasks, checking compliances and BIM quality standards
- Work with Project BIM Managers to implement standardized protocols
- Support Project Team in managing BIM production, BIM collaboration & coordination, Issue management, as-built verification, BIM handover & other BIM processes, where required
- Support Project Team for Presentations with advanced BIM related activities such as, but not limited to, VR walkthroughs, where required
- Production of BIM deliverables such as 3D to 2D, 4D, 5D, 6D BIM for tenders/overseas projects
- Manage the BIM deliverables schedule & ensure timely delivery of good quality models and/or drawings
- Assist the BIM Manager in preparing and maintaining BIM/IDD documents, write-ups and presentations
- Assist in developing and maintaining BIM training materials, and conducting trainings
- Maintain high level of competency of software through continued use, training, and assistance on projects for the implementation of new BIM softwares.
- Work under the supervision of BIM Manager and perform work task assigned Any other duties deemed necessary and as assigned by the Senior Management

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering or other relevant certifications in BIM Applications.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in an engineering or construction company
- Good planning skills in managing modelling and drafting works
- Possess strong initiative, and ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
