**Product Specialist, FX Desk**

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the Premium team revenue target
- Year on Year revenue growth
- Provide top quality advice and trading/hedging ideas to direct access clients
- Ensure seamless execution of FX and FX Options orders
- Provide post-trade risk management advisory
- Possess the knowledge to manage margin trading
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with market counterparties to obtain flow information and best execution
- Ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory policies and procedures
- Using data to uncover new FX business opportunities (identify potential accounts)
- Leverage on channels to reach clients in a scalable and effective way
- Drive improvement in efficiency of the FX Premium processes

**Qualifications**
- Approximately 6-8 years FX trading and sales experience, preferably in a Private banking environment
- Fast and accurate dealing acumen
- Strong commercial acumen, focused on enhancing customer experience while staying focused delivering significant improvements in revenue, productivity and efficiency
- Ability to work with different stakeholders to manage and drive projects
- A good team player
- Effective communication and inter-personal skills
- Knowledgeable in Private Banking Products
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
