**About the Company**

Our Client is a global leader in transportation and supply chain management.

**Responsibilities**:
We’re looking for a process-driven, user-focused **Solution Architect** to provide technical leadership on the internal architecture and technology roadmap for logistics warehouse operations within the APAC region.
- Drive sustainable architecture decisions in accordance with best practices for organizational success;
- Take ownership of business and user requirements, translating them to technical documentation;
- Design solutions to integrate different supply chain processes and systems;
- Develop tasks and plans with technical team according to requirements;
- Lead the delivery of solutions and ensure proper governance and documentation;
- Manage the quality assurance process for solutions;
- Support implementation of solutions within the region;
- Provide guidance and mentorship to functional team members across the region;
- Ensure service excellence for users and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Engineering or any relevant discipline;
- At least 8 to 12 years of experience in a technical role within supply chain management, preferably in third-party logistics;
- Experience in warehouse management or operations systems would be an advantage;
- Proactiveness, passion for innovation and process improvement;
- Process-orientation and ability to understand complex workflows well;
- Service-oriented mindset;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Leadership and mentorship skills.

**FCS CAREERS PTE LTD (EA 94C4359)**- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Engineering or other relevant discipline;
- Certifications in enterprise architecture methodology or other relevant qualifications;
- At least 5 to 8 years of experience in a technical solutioning role;
- Track record of enterprise solution design and delivery;
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services;
- Understanding of IT governance and strategy;
- Ability to multi-task and oversee several projects at the same time;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication skills and customer-centric mindset.
