We are looking for a passionate, driven and results-oriented individual to join the International Expansion team and help drive a number of strategic projects and initiatives critical to Circles expansion efforts into new regions and territories.

By coming up with innovative ideas/ blue sky thinking, creating building blocks through experimentation, and working closely with cross functional stakeholders, this environment will push you to challenge the status-quo - all at a pace that is exacting, but nonetheless, exciting

This is a group-level role which is based in Singapore.

**What You Will Do
- Conduct market landscape and competition scanning to continue finetuning Circles USP in the market and improve the way Circles approach our potential partners
- Conduct market research for existing market (including both B2B and B2C markets) Circles are operating in as well as target market Circles intend to enter
- Build robust financial models to support Circles evaluation of business cases for B2B and B2C deals, as well as pricing structure for various projects
- Facilitate monthly and weekly business update sessions with Founder and HoDs by preparing materials and attending the sessions
- Develop pitching materials for the sales development and lead conversion process and such other duties reasonably determined from time to time by the Company.

**What You Will Need To Succeed
- 1-3 years of experience in market research and financial modeling in a rapidly growing, fast pace environment
- Solid functional knowledge, including but not limited to: strategy, business development, marketing, project management etc
- Strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with outstanding business acumen
- Proven ability to collaborate across functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly
- Strong digital mindset and passionate about disrupting the future
- With an entrepreneurial spirit, and the grit, resilience and resourcefulness to overcome obstacles
- Able to work and communicate effectively across geographies
