ST Engineering Cloud and Data Centre Solutions Pte Ltd provides all aspects of cloud management, services, and solutions, from initial setup and migration to ongoing operations and optimization. Services include engineering works to design, build and provide facility management service for mission critical environments such data centers, disaster recovery, and business continuity sites.

We are seeking for an experienced Business Excellence Executive to join our team. You will lead, create, implement, and manage all quality matters across all business units in the company in partnership with our Corporate and other stakeholders. You will also work closely with users, safety officer to support operations, ensures the integrity and safety of the work done involved.

**Be Part of Our Success**

**QA/ QC activities**
- Manage the QA/ QC activities of assigned projects to ensure systems delivered meets the customer quality requirements.
- Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of projects work products to ensure finished product quality.
- Conduct internal Quality Audits and other quality assurance activities.
- Collect and compile statistical quality data.
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
- Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
- Assist in drafting quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.

**Environment, Health & Safety**
- Undertake role of EHS Lead.
- Liaise with certification bodies, DS HQ and suppliers on audit matters.
- Plan, organize and conduct internal & external audits, reporting of findings and follow-up on corrective actions.
- Work with WSHO to plan and organize monthly EHS committee meetings and follow-up on actions items.
- Work with WSHO to investigate EHS related accidents/incidents and follow-up all the non-conformance, corrective and preventive actions till closure.
- Work with WSHO on monthly EHS inspection.
- Work with Business Unit Ops / Operations Head on training nominations.
- Support all other EHS related activities (eg. SWEEP, Senior Management Walkabout).

**Business Continuity Management**
- Undertake role of BCM Lead & LOB BCM Coordinator.
- Work with Business Unit/ Division BCM coordinators in BCM Planning.
- Consolidation and updating of Business Continuity Plan and related documentation.
- Coordinate Discrete Exercise.
- Plan, organize and conduct internal & external audits, reporting of findings and follow-up on corrective actions.
- Support all other BCM-related activities.

**Enterprise Risk Management**
- Support ERM activities eg. Screening of Customers, updating of Risk Registers, etc.
- Work with Operations Head to support Review of Risk Register (2 times a year).
- Work with Operations Head to review new and emerging risks.

**Qualities We Value**
- Has good written and oral communication skills.
- Strong IT skills with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
- Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience highly desirable.
- Experience in software/system/product development lifecycle would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of Quality Assurance highly desirable.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements like ISO 9001, ISO 27001, highly desirable.
