**About GLOBALFOUNDRIES**
**Introduction:**:To lead and mentor equipment engineering and sustaining groups to meet Module goals by optimizing equipment available time, cost, and quality

**Your Job**:

- Ensure the well-being of equipment KPIs in the department by sustaining operation improvement, industry BKM adoption, and drive CIP programs implementation
- Take accountability of equipment performance, drive lower equipment operating cost, improve labour efficiency and drive tool productivity project
- Drive regular benchmark effort with sister fabs, supplier and other company on the industry best practices
- To use SPC, FMEA, and other Quality Management System to detect issues timely and with improvement action items identified
- Continuous improvement program in place to prevent equipment related quality issue affect end customers
- Assist equipment manager/department manager to forecast and budget on equipment upkeep cost and any other related expenditures. Drive improvement activities to reduce equipment upkeep costs
- Assist manager to develop system or procedure to ensure first time success in PM, effective troubleshooting that result in low MTTR and spare cost
- Assist manager to monitor vendor performance metrics to drive quality and cost improvements. Develop a good working relationship with vendors
- Develop and execute a equipment training system in the department, assist manager to manage overall engineers' hardware knowledge, and competency in performing the tasks

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or Master’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering
- At least 8 years working experience in sub-micron wafer fab industry
- Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problem

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good in making decision from GLOBALFOUNDRIES point of view
- Self motivated, meticulous, and disciplined
