Are you a people person with a knack for organization? We’re looking for a friendly and energetic Receptionist to be the first face (and voice) our clients and visitors interact with. As the go-to for all things front desk, you’ll help keep things running smoothly, from answering calls and greeting guests to handling a range of admin tasks. If you’re great at multitasking, have a positive attitude, and thrive in a busy environment, we’d love to meet you
**Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management:
- Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Administrative Support & Office Coordination:
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Assist in scheduling company events.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and record-keeping as needed.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and marketing collaterals, placing orders when necessary.
- Handle mail distribution and coordinate courier services.
- Assist with office setup for meetings, including arranging refreshments, technology, and supplies.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Respond to client and visitor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns in a courteous manner.
Support other administrative matters as needed.
**Skills and Qualifications Required**:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative support or client-facing roles preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (phones, printers, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional and polished demeanor.
