Snr / Buyer (Commodity)

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for strategic and tactical procurement of materials to support customers' fulfillment, achieve corporate and plant objectives and set targets.
- Weekly PO processing per MRP requirement.
- Perform rescheduling based on exception report.
- Escalation of excess / shortage issue to senior planner.
- Weekly Performance Excellence reporting and compliance.
- Surplus / excess and obsolescence management.
- NPI support on common parts.
- Reduction on cost of material acquisition and inventory carrying cost.
- Ensure timely management on disposition of defective materials.
- Vendor management for AOS.
- Any other assignment as given
Job Requirement:

- Degree / Diploma in Business Studies, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- Preferably minimum 2 year of experience in Electronics Manufacturing industry or in related field
- Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered
- Preferably with MRP system knowledge.
- Preferably with purchasing and supply chain knowledge

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,800.00 per month
