As a Retail Assistant at Glowfully, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer experiences and driving the success of our retail operations. Your positive attitude, passion for skincare, and excellent communication skills will be the key to creating lasting connections with our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming and assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product recommendations, and guiding them through their skincare journey.
- Maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store display, ensuring that our products are presented attractively to enhance customer engagement.
- Handling transactions accurately and efficiently, processing payments, and maintaining an orderly records.
- Keeping track of inventory levels and assisting in stock replenishment to ensure our products are always readily available.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Staying updated on our latest skincare products, ingredients, and clean beauty principles to better assist customers and provide expert advice.

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory. A strong passion for skincare and the beauty industry will be highly valued.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and create positive shopping experiences.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, with the ability to build rapport with customers effortlessly.
- A keen eye for visual merchandising, ensuring our store always looks inviting and showcases our products effectively.
- Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak retail periods.
- A genuine enthusiasm for learning and staying informed about skincare trends, ingredients, and clean beauty practices.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
