Assist in data entry information into the system. - Maintain database by entering new and updated processing and account information. - Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. - Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Maintain and protect operations data by keeping information confidential. - Perform data entry and maintain proper filling system. - Assist supervisor with administrative duties. - Any other ad-hoc duties assigned. **Job Requirements - GCE "O" level qualification or equivalent. - One year of clerical work and data entry related experience. - PC literate. - Familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, etc. - Possess effective organisational and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail, work independently and efficiently. - Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels. - Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage. - 5½ day week.
